Spicy Roast Turkey Wings

If you want a great way to feed your guests and really knock their socks off, try these easy-to-make wings.

6 turkey wings
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Water and salt, as needed

Place turkey wings in a large saucepan. Add enough water to cover. Add salt. Cover with lid. Cook over moderate heat until tender, for about 40 minutes. Cool slightly. Reserve broth. Remove wings, and rub well with cinnamon and remaining ingredients. Place wings in roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees, basting frequently with broth and pan drippings for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6 servings.
